Right-of-Way Permits
Right-of-Way (ROW) permits are available through Lauderdale City Hall. Forms and payments can be dropped off in person during regular business hours or via email with credit card payment over-the-phone.
Applications that include street excavations require a bond. The bond amount is determined by the city engineer. The bond is reviewed by the city attorney. These steps take a couple of days to complete.
All applicants are required to read MN Statutes 216D.03-216D.07 and Minn Rules 7560.0100-7560.0800 prior to applying.
